Sodepur Bhorer Alo Welfare Society has various missions focused on community development and social welfare. The aim of this organization is to improve the quality of life for underprivileged communities through various initiatives like Awareness Programme, Psychoeducaion, Mental health awareness, Educational Assistance, Vocational training etc. The vision of Sodepur Bhorer Alo Welfare Society may include:

1. Education and Empowerment: Providing educational opportunities and resources to economically underprivileged children, intellectually deficit individual and underprivileged adults to empower them for a better future. Providing Educational Aid and tuition to economically under privileged Children to prevent their migration as labor. Providing Special Educational Aid to especially abled individual is another mission of this Society.

• Healthcare Access: Ensuring access to basic healthcare services for the community, including health camps, awareness programs, and medical aid, Psychological Assessment and therapy sessions (including Performing  Art Therapy)

• Women and Child Welfare: Promoting the welfare of women and children through specific programs that address their unique needs and challenges. Providing soft skill training and vocational training to women and special need individual for preparing them as productive and integrated part of the society. Boosting their self confidence to live a quality and self -integrated life in the society with dignity is another mission of Sodepur Bhorer Alo Welfare Society.

• Disaster Management: Disaster management is a critical aspect of Sodepur Bhorer Alo Welfare Society . It creates an emergency operations center to coordinate response efforts. Stockpile essential supplies such as food, water, medicine, and emergency equipment and provide immediate relief to affected individuals.
• Economic Development: Supporting economic development through free vocational training, skill development programs for women and Specially abled individual. Providing Economic support for initiating small businesses for women and Specially abled individual. For the differently abled individual, after training placement in a suitable job is another objective of this Society. Providing support to be part of various Hastashilpo Mela (Handicraft fair) and various Exhibitions. 

• Community Engagement: Fostering a sense of community and encouraging active participation in community development activities.

• Linkage: Supporting and building linkage with NIEPID for educational support, Linkage with THE NATIONAL TRUST for Niramay Card (Health Scheme), with MSME for entrepreneur to get access in various fairs. To provide them various facilities for dignified livelihood, collaborative works with different NGO/Society is also the objective of this Society.
